Supporting Our Troops while listening to music, let me introduce to you Misty and GH Armour...

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to write about a really great way to help support our troops while at the same time listen to some beautiful heartfelt music. I received a email from a very dear friend mentioning this amazing project they had been working on to help families of service members with PTSD. Misty Armour will be donating all her royalties that are collected from every purchase of her song that she wrote to The Wounded Warriors Project. I needed to share this with as many people as possible as this is a really great cause and it is sooo super easy to participate. Below is the link where you can listen to her song, "Nobody knows How a Hero Lives." Included is also information on how you can support our troops and The Wounded Warrior Project.
Thanks again everyone,
Nency

"On today...of all days....this is what you can do to make a difference by helping us with the "Wounded Warriors" Project.....PLEASE HELP US STAND TALL FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T. Thousands of our war heroes need out help to recover from what they endured so we can live our lives every day the way WE WANT TO! Please down load "She's A Warrior Too" & "Nobody Know How A Hero Lives" from itunes....... Misty & I are donating our royalties from these songs.....this can be your stand in our fight to make FREEDOM RING!

About Misty Armour

Misty Armour grew up a trucker’s daughter. “Up in that big rig with my dad, I didn’t have a care in the world. There was nothing better than being on the open road, watching farmers in the fields, and being where everybody knew each other and helped each other out.
That was where the lyrics of my favorite songs came alive. We sang along with The Hag, Don Williams, Charlie Rich, Ronnie Milsap, Emmylou Harris, Crystal Gayle, and Barbara Mandrell.
Those artists and those times built my inner musical landscape”.
Misty and her sister Randi formed a country duo called “Sister Heartache,” and played the circuit of fairs, festivals, community events, horse shows, and rodeos throughout California.
“My mom drove us all over the state! She always supported our dreams, and taught us to follow our hearts even when fear of the unknown was knocking. It’s finding your center between music and your personal life that will determine your success”.
People often describe Misty’s voice using imagery rather than musical terms.
One listener mused, ”It’s like great whiskey…goes down smooth and catches you off guard; then it fills your head.”
Another fan described it as “a spring thunderstorm.”
Misty’s voice possesses a quality you may not be able to put into words, but you can bet it will make you FEEL... “
I don’t fit anyone else’s mold. I’m the only me there is, and I want my music to reflect that. I want my music to change people from the inside out, not simply entertain them. I believe music can renew, heal, and inspire.”
Just a few bars into “Nobody Knows How a Hero Lives” you’ll believe it, too
Her biggest fans are her husband Chris, a Marine who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and is now serving his community as a Fireman…and15 month old son Brody.
