Helping NYC Shine like the star it is with the Ribbons of Hope Project, Battery Park,NYC


Hi Everyone,
Wanted to to blog about a really moving event I did this weekend in commemorating the 10th Anniversary of  9/11. It was called the Ribbons of Hope - a public art project designed to help residents memorialize and inspire a more communal community. Located next to the World Trade Center in Battery Park, the Ribbons of Hope Project allowed people from all walks of life to write their hopes and wishes for New York and the world. 
We had a great turnout with people from all walks of life coming to write down their inspiring thoughts on multi colored ribbons. At the end of the day, the 12 mesh panels were all filled with inspiring messages. Be sure to check out their Facebook page as this art project was definitely one of great significance and depth.
