Day 5:
Motivational Mondays at Pure Power Bootcamp! We're back on the Intensity wall and ready to roll! Today as usual was pretty crazy but believe it or not I was actually able to climb the walls again - I was so excited! After last week, I think I need to focus more on focusing. Especially when I get tired. My mind gets sluggish and I admit I don't do the exercises as precise as I should. My hardest exercise would definitely hands down still have to be those mt. climbers. The squat thrusts believe it or not are actually starting to grow on me and they aren't as difficult as they were when I first started. It's just when I run out of strength - my arms and legs feel like noodles  which technically speaking isn't fun. My next goal is to be able to jump over the hurdles like the guys do. They jump so fast sometimes it's as if they have ants in their pants! Not sure I'll be able to keep up! My main concern is that the hurdles are kinda, sorta on the tall spectrum. That just makes it that much more difficult since I really, really have to get enough strength to pull myself up and over. So with that said, I think I need to practice more with my muscle mania weight training for my arms...
